Secure Document Shredding
Standard to Octacom’s services, we will store the original paper files in our warehouse for a period of 90 days post scanning. This period is designed to give customers the opportunity to review Octacom’s delivered images for quality approval. At the end of the 90 days customers can supply Octacom with a written request, authorizing the return of the documents or choose to have records picked up directly by their off-site storage service provider or have Octacom arrange for the certified destruction of the records.
